Service Over and Above! Went in for first of the two free services on my new Silverado. Got to the dealership before the Service Dept. opened and was waiting outside. Josh came out to greet me, clipboard in hand, and welcomed me in even though they weren't quite ready to start up the Service Dept. Josh was friendly and warm and made me feel very welcome. A couple months ago I visited Bozarth Service for the seat tensioner recall and worked with Greg Ruybal. Same experience with him. Friendly, efficient, and warm. Met the Service Manager John yesterday and told him what a great experience I've now had on two occasions at Bozarth and that if and when I need service in the future they would be the ones to do it. Overall friendly, warm, efficient atmosphere with a nice customer lounge. One of the Bozarth associates even asked me if I wanted a cup of coffee while waiting! Very nice! Everyone was friendly and acted like I was the most important person in the building. More
