Went for computer problem. End up having to get battery replaced and computer updated. Was there for almost 7 hours, computer kept crashing. Shouldn’t have taken that long. Then the extended warranty that you guys said to buy and would cover things like this, ended being it doesn’t cover it. One up on you! So frustrating!
