Brad Deery Honda

We purchased a used vehicle. I would never recommend Brad Deer Honda. They said they inspected the vehicle. We found a couple minor issues before purchasing. Nothing major. Then I would never recommend Brad Deer Honda. They said they inspected the vehicle. We found a couple minor issues before purchasing. Nothing major. Then after a week or so, found major issues. Then it was one recall after another. They didn't check for recalls. We traded in the vehicle 9 months later because it was going to become a lemon. The dealership we traded it to, who was honest took it to a whole-seller because they found issues with the suspension. They didn't want to invest money to fix it. Pure junk. They played games with the pricing at Brad Deery. Didn't feel important. They just wanted the sale and found a sucker for their piece of junk. More

Claim too offer home delivery and home test drive BUT was never even spoke about with the vehicle, instead they expected 2 disabled gentleman too drive nearly 5 hours 1 way too test drive a vehicle, using a vehicle that barely makes it down the block sometimes.... Horrible experience! Traded our 2012 Ford Flex for a 2014 Chrysler. Said no damage.. had frame damage refused to fix it or make right! Service manager simply kicked the tires said no issues!! I took it to two separate mechanic shops with one being a dealership that offered same warranty. They told me too much was wrong with it and there was either no way They did 140 point inspection or sold it to me knowing this. They said any good dealership would want to stand by their name but reading other reviews I'm not so sure. Mind you I purchased truck on the 15th and a week later these inspections are telling me there's a high price to pay if you choose to conduct business with them. Please do your research and go somewhere else to buy. More

I spoke with the General Manager (GM), Mark, and I asked the co I contacted Brad Deery Honda concerning a vehicle I saw on an internet search engine. I spoke with the General Manager (GM), Mark, and I asked the condition of the vehicle with some specifics. After my questions were answered to my satisfaction I made the arrangements and traveled to Brad Deery Honda. Upon arrival after a day of traveling I was disappointed the vehicle was in nowhere near the condition Mark had represented over the phone. Further, I asked if I could take the vehicle to an independent mechanic to get it checked out. The answer was a resounding "No!" I was lied to and treated horribly by this dealership. I would not go near any Deery dealership given my experience. More

Buyer Beware : Honda Deery selling lemons. Sales rep Lacey will smile right to your face as you're getting screwed. I just bought a car there, few days later notic : Honda Deery selling lemons. Sales rep Lacey will smile right to your face as you're getting screwed. I just bought a car there, few days later noticed a few things so brought it to my mechanic. It has a bad tie rod and broken back coils, either could have caused a fatal accident. Also has a leaking gasket, total repairs are more then the cars value. Dealer refused every offer on my part to make it right including repairing the vehicle for a fair price and trading in. More
