Salesman looked around online and found a better trim option available at another dealership for a better price! We ordered it, had it on their lot in 2 days. I was going to pay with debit until I learned of a 2% charge on the purchase. So, they let me put down a small deposit on the day of purchase, and one of their salesmen drove to my house to pick up the check the following week! (35 minute drive from the dealership.) Now, THAT'S what I call a commitment to customer service! Highly recommend these guys. Prior to purchasing with them, I checked out options online, visited and test-drove at a Chevy dealer, Kia dealer, and a different Ford Autoworld dealer. The deals, salesmanship, and honesty at Kokomo Autoworld was superior to the other places I checked out. More
