Most dealership service centers are ripoffs that charge too much and try to upsell. This one is the worst I’ve seen though. Perhaps they’re just doing things the “Miami way” but this midwesterner knows a s too much and try to upsell. This one is the worst I’ve seen though. I knew they would never settle for such a simple transaction that wouldn’t cost at least a couple thousand. That’s always my experience here. For example, they consistently try to talk me into new tires on tires that have less than 10K miles on them, even though new tires should get about 50K miles. Today they tried to upsell me and convince me to replace a valve head gasket. Okay fine - that should run about 600 according to my research for my make and model. They quoted 2100. When I declined the service they held my car and didn’t notify me it was ready even though the mechanic said he did the work I approved. So now my car is being held two more days. They have the audacity to contact me about buying a new car all the time too from them. Good luck with that! More

Subject: Unacceptable Service and Quality of Work at Braman BMW, Miami on our 2013 328ic I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and quality of work provided by Braman BMW, Miami on our 2013 328ic I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service and quality of work provided by Braman BMW in Miami. We purchased a 2013 BMW 328i with 28,000 miles on it in 2021 and have since spent over $20,000 on service work at your dealership. This equates to a vehicle operating cost of about $1,000 per mile, which is exorbitant. Recently, we experienced issues with the passenger seatbelt and air conditioning, both of which were repaired by Braman less than two years ago. Upon taking the vehicle in for service, we were informed that the seatbelt mechanism was locked again and would cost $1,700 to fix, and we needed another air compressor, which would cost $3,500. Our extended warranty company, Maxcare, refused to cover these costs as they said we only had about $1,600 left on the coverage limit of the warranty, a limit of which we were previously unaware. Despite this, we asked Braman to repair the seatbelt due to safety concerns and decided to address the air conditioner issue later. After the warranty company agreed to pay for the seatbelt, Braman informed us that we would be responsible for a $350 diagnostic fee since we were not having all of the recommended work done. Even after requesting to speak to a manager, the fee was not waived. Over the last three years, we have paid Braman in excess of $20,000 for repairs, and the quality of work has been subpar, with issues recurring after short periods. The customer service has been abhorrent, and the refusal to waive the diagnostic fee was the final straw. Given these circumstances, I doubt we will ever purchase a BMW again, and we will certainly never deal with Braman BMW Sales or Service again. We expected a higher standard of service and work quality from a reputed brand like BMW. More
Ordered a grille online, part came in damaged and appears to have been used. Replied to the email and no response. Replied to email from the order confirmation and no response. Looked up contact email from P to have been used. Replied to the email and no response. Replied to email from the order confirmation and no response. Looked up contact email from Paypal and email got sent back as invalid email. Called the number in confirmation emailed and got the run around and transferred to "online parts" where no-one ever answered and never responded when I left voice mail. Had to get Paypal involved after several attempts with still no response to return item. Paypal did intervened but i still had to pay out of pocket for return shipping of damaged used part that was received. Absolute worse customer service as there is no point of contact through emails or phone. Never again. More

We pay premium rates for a peace of mind. Changed breaks in may and they installed the front tires in the back and back tires in the front! 2 weeks took the car to fix bumper at braman collision center until joey told me the tires are wrong and swaped the tires without aligining and balance but now the car is shaking and going sideways. Thomas admitted that the tires were installed wrongfully but he wants to charge me for alignement and balance for a mistake made by your technician. Bottom line i pay top dollar for piece mind and sure enough the job was not correctly ! More
Attempted to order wheel arch extensions, a part from the team at BramanMiniParts (aka Revolution parts) and they tried to fill the order, with full shipping cost, without the extensions. Brought my car in for a sunroof leak which is supposed to be a manufacture defect, since I have debris on the sunroof it is not covered by warranty. I was quoted $4k for a leak repair plus all prior repairs not fixed at dealer from last visit, which led to a total of $8k in repair service. Word of advice, if you plan to have your car serviced at Braman BMW, DO NOT ask for Maruf Muchalla, he will just add problems to your car. This man has to be No.1 salesman in service repairs. This man is a scammer!!!!!! More
I brought my car in to get an oil change as part of the 3 oil change package promotion. Set an appointment at 12 and a lyft was provided to my house and scheduled for one back due to service being told the c oil change package promotion. However i waited until almost 4 and still no contact from my service advisor including via text that went unanswered. I contacted the dealership and waited about 15 mins to speak to someone. Once i was taken off hold i explained that i had not heard from my service advisor and i wanted to know if my car was finish due to a sense of urgency and I had to go to work. . The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional and told me my car would not be finished until after 6:30. I exclaimed that I was not advised of that and I would not unfortunately be able to wait that long because i had not made allowances for the time difference and had to go to work. She rudely said " well...they should have told u that". I told her that was not the case and that i had been unable to reach my service advisor via text or call and i needed an immediate update. I asked her what could be done and again, she rudely said that i would still just have to wait until he decided to call me back to be updated. Basically she could care less! The advisor finally responds via text and was like oh he was on a call with warranty Department. He finally schedules the lyft ride back and it was cancelled several times. That was a whOle other disaster waiting to have the ride service confirmed and more time I did not have to idly wait. I finally get there and still have to wait until the final bill was stamped clear even though the service was prepaid. Once i leave,my service engine light for the service performed is still on. I messaged my advisor and asked him and no response. Called repeatedly, no answer. I then check the multipoint inspection link and i only have a video. I sent a text inquiring about that also. NO RESPONSE. Im very disappointed. I guess because I have an older model car was one of the factors as to why my service was less than I would have desired it to be or maybe because my skin was so heavy with melanin. I even inquired about getting a new car today and I was told to "go up North" that I would get a better deal due to the "type" of customers that particular location caters to. I still did not get to speak to the advisor once I got there and zero estimates were given on things specifically requested. Needless to say, i was late to work and thoroughly disgusted. More
