I recently purchased a 2021 xDrive45e Sports Package BMW, and have already taken the car in for multiple maintenance issues . On my last visit to Braman, I was told that my car would be fully charged prior t and have already taken the car in for multiple maintenance issues . On my last visit to Braman, I was told that my car would be fully charged prior to pick up, and both times my hybrid was never charged prior to releasing the car back to me even after the car sat in the dealership for more than 4 days. I wouldn't be as annoyed if this was the first time, however, both times I was reassured that my car would be fully charged and both times, my car was returned with less than 25% battery. More
