Braman BMW Miami - Service Center

All was very good especially service advisor. However the drop off was terrible. I was told I could have a loaner but took 2.5 hours to get a loaner. First there were no loaners for the first 1 hour. Then it drop off was terrible. I was told I could have a loaner but took 2.5 hours to get a loaner. First there were no loaners for the first 1 hour. Then it took another 1.5 hours to “verify” my auto insurance. I have been a regular BMW customer for 30 years at the Cincinnati BMW store and have never encountered such a delay at drop off. More

You guys had my car in service for 3 days without to provide a loan, i had to follow up myself with the service agent because he didn’t. Problem has not been solved, after 2 days the software errors sho provide a loan, i had to follow up myself with the service agent because he didn’t.
