I was originally assigned to another service consultant, but he was running last, and without hesitation, Mr. Guerrero offered his assistance, so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced. His kind gesture was greatly appreciated. It was discovered that the connector was recalled, and was told it was a 4 hour wait. I opted to stay, and to my surprise, my car was finished before the allotted time. On top of that, I received a complimentary car wash, which I desperately needed! The inside was vacuumed too. More

terrible service was extremely delayed. Had an appointment for 11 on 5/1; Car was supposed to be ready on Friday. Told on Friday car would not be ready unt service was extremely delayed. Had an appointment for 11 on 5/1; Car was supposed to be ready on Friday. Told on Friday car would not be ready until Saturday. Then told late Friday it would not be ready until Monday. We were told that even though we had an appoimtment for 5/1 at 11; when an appointment is made for that time, the car isn't worked on until the next day. Why lie to us? The work was not more than several hours; even if it was more, the car should have been ready by Friday. To top it off, we received a Honda (the cheapest model) as a loaner More
