Last minute service/ no previous appointment I stopped by the dealership at 7:45pm just before closing. Whilst preparing his paperwork, the rental car was already being organized. I left Braman that evening shortly after 8pm. Excellent service! Great service as usual the only issue is the fact that the loaner counter always seems kaotic and there was an issue with enough loaner vehicles that was handled p as usual the only issue is the fact that the loaner counter always seems kaotic and there was an issue with enough loaner vehicles that was handled poorly in my opinion. Several BMW cliens where asked to uber and offers reimbursements but it’s the way they where told that mini clients had preferential treatment and they could not get a car befor those clients. Once again it did not affect me they treated me great and I was lucky to get a car and the information was not incorrect it’s just the way it was presented... suggestions make the loaner reservations part of the service appointment... this way the rental counter is not taken by surprise with the amount of loaners.
