Braman BMW West Palm Beach - Service Center

I made an appointment for 9:30 to drop my car off for it's 14,000 mile service. I arrived at 9:20 and they greeted me professionally and courteously and took my car right away. I was advised that my service rep would be right with me and within 10 minutes I was paged to his desk. The paperwork was filled out ahead of time and after he inspected the car he brought me right over to the loaner desk and within 10 more minutes I was out the door in a BMW loaner. Kalon could not have been more proficient in getting me in and out the door in the shortest possible time. Thanks More

Rodney took my car in for electronic problems (2009 X5), got me a rental, and kept me posted on the progress of the repairs. I love not having to worry about repair costs for 5 years with a BMW, and at the WPB location everyone is so friendly and helpful. I am extremely grateful for how Rodney recorded every one of my electronic complaints (and there were several), and made sure every one of my issues were completely resolved prior to having me pick up the car. I have been working with Joy Rivas for approximately 5 months as my service advisor.She has been an absolute "joy" to work with. In my opinion, she is the best service advisor at Braman BMW of west palm. I refuse to allow any other advisor at braman to touch my car. Thats not to say that the others arent good in their own right-- I just feel the most confident with Joy. The management staff should be proud and happy to have an employee such as Joy.
