"Bought a Customized Jeep/Donnie"
Went to check out a customized Jeep Wrangler they had for sale and was not disappointed. From the moment I asked about the jeep over the internet to the moment I walked in the store, They were nothing but professional and friendly. Shawn greeted me and there was no hassle, no pushiness, just complete respect for me as a buyer and let me ask all the questions. After the test drive Shawn sat me down and asked what I thought and I knew I wanted to buy it. He was completely honest with me from the start on what the price of the jeep was and what I wanted for my trade in. We worked out a deal within 30 min, that personally, I felt Like I got more on the deal. Shawn passed me to the Finance manager Anthony, and The whole process literally took about an hour. I have never bought a car that easy. Imagine from test drive to driving my new jeep home in less that an hour and a half. They do awesome custom lifts and accessories that keep a new vehicle under warranty. I couldn't be more happy with my jeep or the service I got from Shawn and the others. Will purchase future vehicles from them when it's time.

I would never go back to this place. They do the minimum level of feigning friendliness. Jamin was basically uncommunicative about the finance process. He was more interested in making sure he did his two Grant Cardone sales trainings for the day then actually helping me get into a vehicle I could get qualified for. What pisses me off is they did a hard credit pull AFTER I explained my situation and I flat out said don't waste my time if you don't think I can qualify and then several hours later I was told that they wanted a $6000 down payment for a $12000 car when they already jacked up the price by $2500 with their dealer handling and document handling charges which are not actually necessary but the dealer adds them so they can make money on the car. Do your research and don't go to this place or deal with Jamin
