All in all, I got the truck I wanted. The process was a bit of a challenge though. I bought a used truck that had some wax build up from a bad detail job. After some back and forth, the service department agreed to detail it, and it turned out great, so I am happy about that. The frustrating part was that my new to me truck, a 2026 3/4 ton, only had 1 key. Not a big deal, but I was informed of this until the deal was done and I was preparing to leave. Even more frustrating, I tried to reach out to the used car manager 4 times to see if he had any ability to track down the second key, and describe my overall experience. He never replied, and I have not heard from anyone. Love the truck, and happy with the service dept, but not impressed with the lack of communication and transparency from the sales dept. More

Been having my 2500 Ram maintained at Brandon ever since they opened. I bought my last truck from them in 2015 and had them service it when they were down south. Very grateful they’re back!
