One of the best experiences I've ever had buying a car was with Matt. We had been to a few other lots who just weren't delivering on what they were advertised. I have purchased a car from Matt previously and I can honestly say he made it the easiest process, not to mention fun. My car had to be ordered but I was never out of the loop. Matt kept me updated with honestly say he made it the easiest process, not to mention fun. My car had to be ordered but I was never out of the loop. Matt kept me updated with videos and frequent emails. He answered all of my endless questions and was patient when I made changes. The purchase was all completed online (until vehicle pick up, at which time I did have the pleasure of meeting Matt in person), which is honestly preferable. Price was upfront, no surprises. Now shopping for a new car and he is the first person I reached out to! Still trying to make a decision on my next car but I know when my ducks are in a row, Matt will take car of everything! More
