Took my Gladiator in for an oil change and a pre-road-trip lookover. They took care of that and let me know if a few additional items that needed to get taken care of. Two were covered under w pre-road-trip lookover. They took care of that and let me know if a few additional items that needed to get taken care of. Two were covered under warranty and the others were just maintenance items that made sense to deal with before the trip (brakes and tires). Brandon's buy-3-tires-get-one-free comes in handy when you're new boot goofin' Jeep tires. The Auto.Live texts with information about, and pictures of, the problems was a nice touch. Really appreciate the service and the info. Also had a good chat with Lawrence (in sales) even though I'm not interested in replacing my Jeep. More
