I took my Ram in for recall repair and a four wheel drive issue. They addressed the recall and traced the rear locker issue to broken wires. Fixed no charge. They repaired front locker as well. Not friendly. No hellos from anyone bedides service guy. Bad service for oil change. Left grease marks last oil change on my light grey visor & door sides. Moved my seat for no reason-hate it when my seat gets moved. No need to move a seat to drive the vehicle for 2 min into an oil stall. Tire pressure off on all 4 tires even after sitting for a little bit after they were supposed to ck pressure & make correct. One was too high, one was too low and the other 2 were low. The girl that cked me out & took pymt was not friendly at all & acted like I was bother to her. Won't be back and won't have anything good to say if asked about Brandon Dodge. Poor experience all the way around. Not one person; salesman, service tech, service assistant, etc spoke to me, smiled, said hi or even made eye contact. I'm in the business of customer service and customer experience and I can confidently say that Brandon Dodge Loveland gets a MINUS 10 overall. More
