Very disappointed in my purchase from this dealership, I got $6k off MSRP, but there must be underlying reasons. I have had nothing but problems out of the vehicle since I purchased it, and the whole reason got $6k off MSRP, but there must be underlying reasons. I have had nothing but problems out of the vehicle since I purchased it, and the whole reason for buying a new vehicle is to not have these problems. First off, the week after I bought it, I realized that the wipers were misaligned and scratching the side of my window, had to take time out of my work schedule to go get it fixed. The 2nd issue and biggest issue is a big mechanical issue, every so often the vehicle misfires and is unable to drive, it happened to my wife the first time and we took it to get serviced and they said “according to records this has happened before”…they supposedly fixed the issue but 3 weeks later IT DID THE SAME EXACT THING!!! Now I have to take more time out of my work schedule to get it serviced and hopefully fixed before I contact the BBB… Makes me think there was a reason a brand new car is marked down $6k… very disappointing and will not buy from them again. More
