Went in for my first oil change on my Accord. Devin was great about getting me in and out in about an hour. I decided to wait for my vehicle so having it done that quickly was greatly appreciated. If I call and set up an appointment and arrive on time, I shouldn’t have to wait for 15 minutes in my car before allowed inside to meet the service representative. I also should have a service representative already assigned. Great service would be meeting me at my car. I arrived to Florida in December, we have been customers for two regular maintenance appointments for my Accord and we purchased a 2018 pilot in March. It would be nice to have a service representative assigned to me. Not a different guy each time. When I arrived Kyle asked if I had a rep assigned and I said no because when I scheduled the appointment the person who made the appointment did not tell me I was assigned a rep. When I walked in I remembered the previous reps face but didn’t know his name and didn’t see him so I worked with Kyle. He treated me great and service went fine. Prices seem to be creeping higher but may be a regional difference. $31 for shop supplies when you are charging full price for labor and parts seems elevated. Makes me question the value proposition. $291 for an oil change and coolant flush. I begin to shop around at the $300 mark. More
