Great service! Great service but the Radio/Info center on my Honda Pilot 2019 still fail as soon as I left the service shop. This is a well know problem for Honda an Great service but the Radio/Info center on my Honda Pilot 2019 still fail as soon as I left the service shop. This is a well know problem for Honda and they still sale this car as nothing is wrong. I bought Honda cars since 1990 but this is the last car I will be buying from Honda. My trust in the company is gone. Honda owners will appreciate an honest representative that tell us the thru nature of this problem. Why Honda does not release an upgraded software release or a new Radio/Info center is these units are all defective? More

Effective Service is Essential to Keeping a Car Going I brought my 2016 Honda Odyssey in for service the other day for its 30,000 mile service. I reviewed what was needed and what was recommended with As I brought my 2016 Honda Odyssey in for service the other day for its 30,000 mile service. I reviewed what was needed and what was recommended with Assistant Service Manager Mike Hudak. With all items reviewed and agreed on, he gave me an estimate of about 3 hours to have it completed. Mike was pretty close to the right estimate, as a matter of fact, the vehicle was completed about 15 minutes earlier than expected. I was very pleased with how it was handled and the care taken with my car. I absolutely will be returning for the next service needed, even though it is over a thirty mile drive to get there! Keep up the good work!!! More
