Went in for Service I rent got to fix two air bags that were recalled and an oil change. The employees were very friendly and my car was done faster than was expected. Also, the person that assisted me was able to bring the price for my oil change down from it's initial value. The only thing that left me a bit unsatisfied is that there was a loose piece of plastic that was left in my car that I guess was not put back in place. Overall, I had a great experience. More

Better the second time I originally brought my car in for a service. I had bought my civic from here out of necessity and was miserable. The sales man was slick and only int I originally brought my car in for a service. I had bought my civic from here out of necessity and was miserable. The sales man was slick and only interested in his gain. HOWEVER, I asked Ajay a question about trading in my civic. He was incredibly patient and willing to entertain my questions. He was up front and wasn’t pushing me to buy another vehicle. Even when I made it clear it may not result in a sale, he still stuck with me. Towards the end of the sale I had to leave unexpectedly and he was amazing and wrapping it up and even helped me move stuff from my old car to my new car! I would highly recommend Ajay to anyone to anyone that was interested in a car. He never once pushed me into signing or buying and was so patient and willing to take the extra time to help me. Between Ajay and Jeremiah my finance guy, who I had before and was and still is amazing, I will actually not dread coming back to Brandon Honda. Thank you guys!! More
