Excellent Customer support & Service I drove to Tampa FL on my 2010 Honda Odyssey Touring vehicle. ON the way I had the VSA warning came on the vehicle. Brandan Honda determined the problem with the spark plugs and replaced the plugs and fixed the problem. While I and family was waiting for the service to be completed, I was provided with a courtesy Vehicle to go to Orlando to visit our friend who was in the hospital. This was an enormous help for us so that we did not waste any of our precious time there. Kudos to your service Advisor Bob Hovara for all the help we received there at your dealership. More

Service on 2008 Accord with Low Mileage Scheduling my appointment was simple enough - I was given a confirmation number and told that my service associate would be Vernon Liburd. However, when I checked in, Jen Chasse processed me in. Since the car was 10 years old, but only had 10,000 miles on it, she said the service tech would give it a thorough inspection and advise me what needed to be done. I was surprised when Jen reported that one of the things I needed was a wheel alignment, since a wheel alignment had been performed by Sears only one week prior when I brought the car in there to have a tire (purchased at Sears) repaired. I was then told, okay there's no need to do it then. The question I have is why did the tech tell me I needed to have it done (again.) Conversely, I did appreciate the technician telling me that even though Honda recommended the timing belt be replaced, after inspecting it, the tech advised me that it was in good condition and could wait until I bring it in for my next major service. I realize that the service department in undergoing a major renovation, but the waiting area in this dealership is very crowded. The fact that a small portable toilet facility is the only thing available to all customers (both service and sales) does not make for a very pleasant visit if you are in the facility for several hours. I was there three times in one week (twice for a new car transaction) and spent about 4-5 hours there each visit.) More
