I was fortunate to have "Abel" as my service representative. Having dealt with this individual, I have received nothing but Top Notch assistance. He also seems genuinely concerned that any iss representative. Having dealt with this individual, I have received nothing but Top Notch assistance. He also seems genuinely concerned that any issue I might have receives upmost attention. I have personally witness this on two separate occasions, being well satisfied as a customer. More importantly, he devotes his full attention anytime I have an unusual question or concern. Some of my friends whom also have a Hyundai have recommended I get my service done at another dealership due to all the construction at your Brandon facility. This will NOT happen as long as Abel continues to be my point of contact for service. On my last service (no audio) from the computer system. Ironically, Abel knew right away what the problem was (amplifier) under the drivers front seat. He had a technician reset this unit and it corrected the problem immediately. More importantly he advised me that if it happens again to call him and he would order a replacement part. This in fact happened a few days latter. As promised, Alex ordered via the parts department a new unit which arrived to my surprise within 72 hours, and two days later with a new appointment, I was back in business. I call that 5 star customer support and I thank the dealership and Abel who made this all happen. Now I can get back to my friends and relate this story and maybe get them to utilize Brandon Hyundai vs. someplace further away. Keep up the great work! More
Servuce was good and quick but there is no proper transport or no car given for time being until service is done. And no car wash and there is no interior cleaning done. Well, I do have to say I did not think I would ever drive a Hyundai Santa Fe but your dealership had it in 2021 read and black beige leather interior so I text Mr. Garcia my sales rep. I would’ve liked to been informed that my title was not going to be mailed to me from Tallahassee. Did not realize that till I had called Mr. Garcia and realized I have to go online to get it or make an appointment at the dealership to pick it up this is an inconvenience for me I still do not have my title in hand I also purchased an extended warranty. That is where I should’ve been told the title would be held and I have to go get it, but I wasn’t. My first oil change with Able was friendly and caring about my needs for my car. I would recommend the new dealership which was still in construction. I did have a couple of nicks in my paint from the construction rocks as I came each time for my oil change the last three times. But your service manager Able is highly recommended, and your dealership is clean More
