I'll waste my time here--this is what I posted to their website in 3 different places, and heard nothing back. --- I have a 2021 Palisade that was just repaired at your Service Center. My issue was the f website in 3 different places, and heard nothing back. --- I have a 2021 Palisade that was just repaired at your Service Center. My issue was the failure of the rear hatch struts making it impossible to use it. I just wanted to comment as follows: I called 2 other Dealers closer to me (vacationing in Indian Rocks), one had ME check with their Parts Dept. to see if parts were in stock before they would make an appointment, then made the appointment 3 weeks out, and would not guarantee the parts would be available then. The other said the earliest appt. was 3 months out, well after I’d be back home. While you were an hour away, I tried anyway, and had the good fortune to get Joe Didio as a Service Consultant. He tied me into Mike in Parts who confirmed they had them; back to Joe, and he realized the urgency of this situation and said come in in the next 2 days and I’ll get you in. I showed up today (2/22) at 8AM and he took personal care of me, finishing the car within 2 hours. If I lived here, you would be my Dealership. Cannot say enough about how great Joe treated us. Please give him a huge pat on the back for doing such excellent work. More
I would have giving a 1 star but wasn’t given that option. I was very dissatisfied with my experience. First off I made an appointment for a 7:30am time slot and it seems to be a first come first serv option. I was very dissatisfied with my experience. First off I made an appointment for a 7:30am time slot and it seems to be a first come first serve basis. It does not matter how many cars/people are in line if I have that time slot and on time which I was I should be acknowledged at my designated time not after you wait on other cars/people. You have a paper in your possession with scheduled so you know the appointment times, unless 7:30am has more than one person/car can schedule for that time. Now there were two people/cars ahead of me which they and I arrived before 7:30am however one of them was in and out before me and my only service was an oil change. At this point why are there scheduled times if they are not abide by that is unacceptable. Second thing It never fails the certified F*** up are always into over drive. I came in for an oil change and was not provided with a sticker date and mileage for the next oil change. Either they did not put one there or you no longer doing that. Well I guess I will have to figure that out because those technicians on your payroll need to be educated. Next thing I guess you no longer do the point inspection because no one said you r showed proof if I might need an oil filter, new tires, new seat or anything. Then you receive a text in regards to status of your vehicle. You click on it and it says ooops something went wrong. No matter how I want to do business with you all you all just make it impossible for that to happen! Where is Jason(Service Manager) things were a little bit better. This experience was by far the worst. Start training some technicians that love and have a passion for working on calls instead these CERTIFIED F UPS!!!!!! More
