Needed a new key I scheduled a service to get a key made and programmed for my lancer, I made an appointment and was having my car towed in because I was at work. Created a work order with a female who took all my car information as well as name and number And was quoted 130 approximately for the service. Called the dealership at 5 o’clock to see if I could come pick up my vehicle and was told they had not even begun working on it. They told me they needed to check if the key was even in stock(on a service appointment I booked approx 8 hours prior) when picking up my car I was charged nearly 300$ over twice the amount I was quoted. No one at the dealership had any idea about my situation when I got there and I when handed my key I asked if they could show me where my car was so I could leave and a salesman grabbed my key hit the panic button and pointed to a general direction for me to go find it. Second time I’ve dealt with this dealership and will never come back. Every aspect of my service was awful. (Not to mention the customer service desk answered the phone with a fake accent and trash was left in my vehicle). I would prefer to speak to a service manager regarding this issue if possible. More
Over 8 weeks and waiting for a color pen since 11.18 I have to say the staff for Mitsubishi service is very nice. They tried to figure out what the problem was (needed 8 weeks), provided a rental car aft I have to say the staff for Mitsubishi service is very nice. They tried to figure out what the problem was (needed 8 weeks), provided a rental car after 2 weeks, gave a discount at the end. Damaged the door of my car and ordered a pen to paint over the white spots. Still waiting for this. Eugene is nice. I would not recommend this dealer because I had to follow up on everything. Never a call back. I even had to send my husband to tell them to call me! and, as mentioned before, I still wait for the pen to mark up the damage they did. More

I accept the wait due to I did not have an appointment. My car was checked in at 10:45am. Once 1:15pm hit I had to go and check on my car. My car was done hours ago and no one informed me. The young man did accommodate me. I am very thankful, that is why I’m given them 3 stars (I don’t remember the guy who accommodated me). I don’t know if I will be back to this location. More

Second call they had no record of my appointment. Four other people waiting were complaining about the lousy service. More

I had to make a couple of calls to finally get it right. Once I arrived, the staff at this dealership were very kind & friendly. They took good care of my car in a timely manner.
