My wife and I had heard good things about Brandon Mitsubishi from our neighbors in Seminole. We were pleased when we realized that our dream car, which we found searching online, was actually their Mitsubishi from our neighbors in Seminole. We purchased a beautiful Chrysler 300 with the help of our salesperson Fredy. We've bought a lot of cars in 60 years, and sometimes the experience can be brutal, but occassionally, with the right dealership and personnel, it can actually be fun and exciting. This was definitely the case here. Working with Fredy felt like we had a friend on the inside. When the time came to get the deal approved by the GM, we were actually introduced to him personally, and he was as pleasant, cooperative and fair as we could possibly have hoped! This assured us of the ethics of the dealership, and put our minds at ease that we had made the right decision. We will absolutely return to Brandon Mitsubishi, and highly recommend that you consider them to be an excellent dealership with customer care at its forefront, and integrity at its core.
