Smooth and Easy Test drove the 2019 Mitsubishi in my home state of Georgia and tried to make a decent deal for myself with no success. I had heard about Brandon Mitsubishi from a friend and looked up their website and found better internet deals than what my local dealers were offering at end of year pricing! I telephoned the dealership and spoke with Reggie who immediately wrote up my offer, presented it management and the deal was done. I flew down on a Sunday arriving at 11AM at the dealership, completed the paperwork and was home for a late dinner 7 hours later. Bottom line, minus my travel expenses I still saved over $2500 by work with Reggie and Brandon Mitsubishi. I only wish they were close enough to service it. More

Not in a million years Went in hopes of finding a trusted car to fit 7 passengers. We located a GMC Acadia 2008. We were happy with what we found we took it for a test run a Went in hopes of finding a trusted car to fit 7 passengers. We located a GMC Acadia 2008. We were happy with what we found we took it for a test run and found the engine light was on. Dealer had no idea what was wrong with it but said he would find out. After we sat there debating if we are to purchase it or not. he came back to say the engine light is on due to a faulty FOP. Apparently FOP is the key remote which has nothing to do with engine light being on. I told them that we would be interested in purchasing if they could take a look at the vehicle to see why the engine light is on. He showed us the car fax which showed no issues. And said he would have us bring it in the next day to take a look and fix it for us if we purchased it due to being so late no service member was there to check it out. Long story short we got scammed purchased it and the car is already in the shop due to multiple issues. I know it’s my fault for purchasing a faulty car and knew it but they never called back to setup that appointment to get it checked out. And now I’m paying way more just to keep the car running. Car basically sat in my driveway for a week due to it not starting, no AC missing knobs, Can’t adjust my side mirrors, windows won’t roll down, and minor interior things. So much for a reliable car. I will not be going there again for anything. As for who helped not even sure it was only one person til we got to financing then worked with him who was professional. So I’m order for me to submit this review I have to pick ten people which was only two in my case so if you see your names don’t be alarmed it was so I could submit this. More
