He knew i was an hour an a half away, he had all my numbers together that I needed because I was very clear I didn't want to waste my time, as soon as I got there he had a better car then what I initially was looking at, the first thing he told me is that the back up camera was not working and had to be replaced, I picked out a few thing that needed to be fixed, the front bumper, possible roter due to a vibration In. The front end, and front end alignment...... everything was written in to contract except the camera, me thinking I didnt have to add it because they I formed me it had to be replaced, fast forward to me calling the dealership and the only one who ever answered my calls was Abner the salesman!!, he finally got me a date to bring my car in, he informed me it would be there for 3 days , I explained I would need a loaner which he was able to get me, I pick up my car 3 days later, it seems to fine? Or so I thought bumper was great front end was great, camera was working [r so thought, I got almost home when I heard clicking in my front end, and parked my car and boom camera was not working again, I called the dealership immediately, I spoke to the manager and he gave me his cell phone and stated he would speak to the service manager and get it taken care I was very pissed off, I called on Monday to find out what was going to happen and my calls went straight to voicemail for 2 days without a response, I called the dealership back and spoke with Abner again, I explained what happen he said he would get back with me to help out, and he did, well /his was back and fourth for about a week and a half, and finally they told Abner they were ordering my part, confused on what it was , I agreed! The next phone call I got was from James the service manager, I was greatful someone finally got back with me, i explained how upset I was and I was not getting phone calls back except from Abner, He said wanted to change my mind, and I said I hope so.....so he said he had to get some information together seeing he has only been there for 2 weeks and wanted to be sure of all the information great right?? No next phone call was him telling the camera was not written anywhere, so I was very pissed off now, and clearly told him, his company told me it had to be replaced, and was not going come new into this and change what my agreement was, so he better get the correct information and get back with me, in process asked to please speak with Abner seeing as he was the only who seemed to know what was going on at this point!!! He finally gets back with not happily, explaining he ordered my camera, and Abner couldn't get back with me because "he had and emergency " trust not the facts, they were angry with him because they had to honor there agreement and he stood up for his client!!! So bring this weekend I brought my car in for them to finally fix it correctly, And introduce myself to this non- pleasent man James, in the process of being there wait for my car to fixed , I inquired about Abner and one of the gentleman told me he no longer works there for the last 2 weeks? Amazing since he had a conversation with myself and James and Abner was standing up for me , to fix my car correctly, that he no longer works for them......coincidence I dont think so, I think I cost him his job for doing the right things In my opinion!! So they have lost an amazing salesman and the trust of a new customer, Abner was the only one who wanted to help, when no management wanted to get back with me, so use this company with your own judgment, but will not send them any of my business, Paula Miraglia!! Very upset and disappointed!! More

They still have not paid me the difference on paying off my sonata 9 weeks later. Too many excuses to put in writing. My 2 salesmen Guy and Robert, have left the dealership. READ THE CONTRACT NUMBERS BEFORE SIGNING TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE WHAT YOU AGREED WHEN NEGOTIATING. I was interested in a 2012 Eclipse Spyder GS Sport and went to the dealer to see it and test drive it. Aft THEY ARE WHAT YOU AGREED WHEN NEGOTIATING. I was interested in a 2012 Eclipse Spyder GS Sport and went to the dealer to see it and test drive it. After agreeing to see numbers on the vehicle, I signed and committed to purchase the vehicle for $7,991 (Advertised price $9,991 - $2,000 discount) and I also agreed to put $1,500 down towards financing. After being told the deal was approved waited about 20 minutes to go to finance for what I thought was just signed and go home. When I went to finance and this guy puts the contract in front of me I decided to look closely at everything and to my surprise they tried to be slick and did a few changes to the numbers. They increased the interest rate by almost 2% from what the sales manager had told me I was approved for, the vehicle sales price was increased to $9,395.95 and the $2,000 discount was nowhere to be found and also without even offering it first, the finance guy had added to the contract a crazy $1,500 GAP fee. I first questioned the interest rate increase and he said that because I was putting only $1,500 and not $2,000 the rate increased due to that which is crazy because $500 less down doesn’t cause the rate to increase by almost 2% and the sales manager had confirmed it was less with $1,500 down. Also when I asked about the GAP he said that the “bank” required the GAP coverage which is a lie because is optional and 1. they knew that and 2. legally it needs to be offered not just added to the contract. I was told afterwards it could be removed (which I knew), and funny because he also said that even removing the $1,500 gap fee the monthly payment would still be the same (I guess he doesn’t know much about math). Now, here is the good part about the car sales price. When I asked about why the sales price was not as we had agreed at negotiating with the sales rep, sales manager and myself ($7,991) I was told that it was because the bank was charging a fee so basically they were passing that fee to me. I have never seen that happened before in my life and I even called a friend of mine that is a successful car sales rep and he was surprise as well. They knew about this fee since they had the approval and then they just changed the numbers on the contract trying to just make me sign it thinking I wouldn’t notice like I’m just an idiot. What a scam!! Funny part is that when I left and said “thank you” the other guy that was at the office was chatting with other sales reps and didn’t even looked because he had no face to show knowing he had just lied to my face. Nothing but lies!! I was prepared to purchase the vehicle even though it had many defects like a broken driver’s door handle, missing exhaust tip and the car wasn’t even fully detailed it was just kinda nasty. I understand is a 10 year old car but some things are just basic when trying to sell a car. Again, make sure you read the contract to make sure the numbers are as agreed upon when negotiating. No dealerships in Florida should be charging buyers for bank fees, they are legally supposed to eat the cost and this finance guys had the dumb idea to tell me to my face that they were charging me the fee and thats why they jacked up the price (even though they knew already about the fee when we negotiated the deal and got the approval). They did tried to “help” by offering to lower the vehicle sales price to $8,991 but again it wasn’t what was agreed to when negotiating which I signed and committed to purchase the vehicle for $7,991 that also like men I shook hands with the sales guy to seal the deal. After I asked about this things the finance guy started saying that I wasn’t understanding the deal blah blah blah which was not the case. This is not the first car I purchase and I know how to read numbers and know exactly what they were trying to do which was basically scam me. The dealership will hear about this again for sure!! More
12/28/2021- Once again learning how this dealership sucks and screws over people without a care in the world! Trying to buy another vehicle and and the value of my vehicle from Brandon Mitsubishi is lower be and screws over people without a care in the world! Trying to buy another vehicle and and the value of my vehicle from Brandon Mitsubishi is lower because its been reported to Carfax that its been in an accident with front end damage. This was reported in November of 2018 and I didn't buy the vehicle until January of 2019 OFF THE SHOWROOM FLOOR. Just because its inside doesn't mean its in good shape. Shame on me for trusting this corrupt dealership. Always check the Carfax! I will never recommend another Mitsubishi regardless of the dealership to anyone ever again! They are an absolute nightmare to deal with. Literally go to any other dealership. More
I payed $600.00 and got my Mitsubishi Montero sport 2000 back with no up date are fix , it did shift ,was in 2 gear all the time, the problem was not even fix ,the computer didn't have a code for transmissi back with no up date are fix , it did shift ,was in 2 gear all the time, the problem was not even fix ,the computer didn't have a code for transmission, a part was put in new and it wasn't even needed , thanks for nothing, a local shop looked in oil pan ,a wire lose wow , i don't like to be take, do me right,. you are a great owner , but the worker are killing us, maniac shop is a 2 of 10 More
Was stuck 1500 miles from home with a major mechanical problem. Delbert the service manager went right to work getting my part and keeping me informed via tx.
