Poor communication on when the vehicle was ready for delivery. I heard it was ready for 2 days snd both times the car was not ready. I wasted 3+ hours one day saying it would be ready and it was not re delivery. I heard it was ready for 2 days snd both times the car was not ready. I wasted 3+ hours one day saying it would be ready and it was not ready until the next day and then I called an was told the car was ready and it was another 2 hours to get it ready to deliver the car. The registration was transferred to the new vehicle the first day and I had to drive home with a car that did not have valid registration. I asked that itNOT be done that way. The finance guy was way too pushy on trying to sell a bunch of extended warranties. He kept pushing the warranties until I tried to walk out. More
