Rude service advisor Dave at the service desk spoke to my wife in a very mean spirited manner. He also told us the car would be ready at "lunch time". To me that says 12:0 Dave at the service desk spoke to my wife in a very mean spirited manner. He also told us the car would be ready at "lunch time". To me that says 12:00 - 1:00. He stated later, in a very hostile manner, that it meant 12:30 - 4:00. And they were unable to fix the driver's window as we had requested. They had the car for 4 1/2 hours! Plus they did a specific service we had asked them not to do and charged us. More

Loyal customer for good reason I have just leased my 8th Subaru since 2009. The whole family has been driving a Subaru. Every transaction we have had at what is now Brattleboro Subaru I have felt that the whole team has sincerely worked to get me the best deal. Billy, our sales rep is the epitome of honesty and sincerity and we all trust him implicitly. And he has always been there for us when there was a problem that needed the support of the whole dealership, organizing it and solving the problem. Like the time I was in Boston for a medical conference and the car started having seizures.....(and of course it was the end of the lease and, boy, was I happy to leave the car behind and go home in my new leased car). More
