Shady dealer for sure. Came in to see a white 2017 tundra crew max in June 2022. took it for a test drive and notice a noise coming from the rear When I got off to s Came in to see a white 2017 tundra crew max in June 2022. took it for a test drive and notice a noise coming from the rear When I got off to see what it was at the dealership noticed the one of the exhaust pipes was bent like a pretzel and bouncing around almost falling off. Asked the car salesman if he knew about it he said "NO". Said he'd see if they could get it fixed. A few days go by no word from him. He tells me over the phone that the truck is priced at 29k if they fix it they would have to adjust the price to 34k. They knew it was damaged and are trying to sell it to someone that doesn't catch onto it. Shady dealer. The salesman never got back to me. They're waiting for a victim to by it and be stuck with it. After having had a bad experience I did go back a second time after a couple of weeks. This time all went well and felt I did get a good deal on the car I wanted. My trade price was met so we completed the time after a couple of weeks. This time all went well and felt I did get a good deal on the car I wanted. My trade price was met so we completed the deal. Anwar Nasrallah was the salesman we worked with both times. I must say I'm not the easiest customer to work with and I did leave a terrible review when I got home the first time. It's all about being up front from the git go. No surprises is what I like. Only thing this time really was car wasn't cleaned prior to taking possession. Not impressed at all with this dealer. I was contacted by a internet salesperson that initially seem to be interested. When I ask about making a deal response was that the “internet sales” I was contacted by a internet salesperson that initially seem to be interested. When I ask about making a deal response was that the “internet sales” people would be in contact. Never happened, even though I said it was a cash offer. Then he asked if I ever heard back from sales. Also they listed milage around 50k but photos show 32k. Asked for clarification, no response from anyone. Then out of the clear blue I get a email from another sales persons. The persons asked if I was still interested and to come in an take a test drive. I responded in saying that my request forwarded from Cars.com noted my location was in Nevada and stopping by was not a option. They responded and said they did not take information from web sites. I shared with them had did they think I found the car. After a couple of more exchanges I knew that they were playing a game with me and quite communicating. Later I get email from same person wanting me to contact them but at this point I purchased another car and was tired of the games they were playing with me. I also informed them because of a operation I had no voice so calling was not a option, only text or email. More

In our experience with this dealership, we were told that we had an appointment to test drive a used vehicle and had a confirmation email with their representative, Delari Duque | Customer Concierge. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! I wish I could give it negative stars! I also wish I read the reviews before driving up there from San Diego. ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW!!! This place shoul I wish I could give it negative stars! I also wish I read the reviews before driving up there from San Diego. ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW!!! This place should be shut down for their illegal practice. I have been searching for a car for a while and saw online a few types of vehicles from them that were at great prices, so I called up and made an appointment to see the cars. They wanted stock numbers so they could clean and sanitize the vehicles before I use them. I was very excited about their dedication to customer service, safety, and cleanliness. WOW WAS I WRONG. When we test drove the vehicles they looked like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks, if not longer and there was even tape on parts of the vehicle holding it together, Scotch Tape!!! That should have been a red flag to not waste our time, but we continued looking and talking because the price was so good. Fast forward an hour and we are finally sitting down to talk numbers and purchase a car. They had a few make and models I liked so I gave him a couple of options and said get me prices and I’ll choose from there. He came back with prices almost $5000 more than posted online on their website and Autotrader. When I asked him about it he said it’s a marketing tactic to get people in the door. I mean...WHAT??!! Isn’t that illegal. If you post a price you should honor the price, I thought that was how legit businesses work??? After he realized he was losing us because of their shady scam, he started being rude and saying that’s a great price for the vehicle. Um, yea it isn’t bad but we didn’t drive over an hour for a price we could have gotten closer to home for a clean and nicer same make/model car. He was a butt at the end and the whole place deserves to be shut down. BEWARE, EVERYONE! They are trying to scam you and sell it as they are helping you and giving you such a deal. No wonder all those cars we looked at haven’t been sold since they got them in November, people are on to their SCAM! I have already contacted the BBB, let’s make this place hurt or even better, get shut down! More
