I found this dealership on AutoTrader and purchased a 2022 Tesla Model Y on 9/30/2025 with delivery from Texas to California. Despite delivery only taking 1 day once scheduled, it took 15 days to arrange 2022 Tesla Model Y on 9/30/2025 with delivery from Texas to California. Sales rep Adrian Robles promised via text that the vehicle qualified for the $4,000 federal Used Clean Vehicle Tax Credit. My 2025 tax return was rejected by the IRS because the dealership was never enrolled with the IRS to provide this credit -- a fact their own accountant Meagan Escalante confirmed on 2/6/2026. The $4,000 loss is permanent as the federal program has expired. The vehicle was also described as "9.5 out of 10" in condition but had two undisclosed dents on the rear panels documented at delivery. After the sale, the dealership failed to register my vehicle with California for months. I had to repeatedly call them and it was finally handled by Nadia in December 2025. I left multiple voicemails for Sales Manager Javier Ortiz and contacted staff members Taylor and Crystal -- all ignored every attempt to resolve the tax credit issue for months. I have since filed complaints with the Texas AG, BBB, TxDMV, FTC, and IRS. BUYER BEWARE More

Absolutely insufferable and incompetent. I wanted to buy a car for the price it was listed as. What a shocker! At first the experience was fine, and then they gave me the car purchase propos I wanted to buy a car for the price it was listed as. What a shocker! At first the experience was fine, and then they gave me the car purchase proposal which totaled at least 2,000 more than the listing price. This has nothing to do with taxes or dealership fees (those I understand). They added a Nissan Advance fee for 2K. I asked about it and was told it was an optional fee which included services like roadside assistance, etc. and so because it was optional, I asked for it to be removed and they agreed. After this, I received the second proposal, which still had the Nissan Advance fee. Again, I asked about this, but this time I was conveniently told that it was NOT optional and that it included a bundle of other “fees” that could not be removed. Mind you, I was never told what specific fees this “Nissan Advanced” fee entailed. I asked for a documentation of some sort explicitly stating what fees this included and was given none. After this, they wanted to know what my budget was and whether or not I would be willing to finance through them instead of through my bank. First off, my budget is absolutely irrelevant. I’m trying to buy a car that’s been listed with a price. Sell me the car for that price - otherwise why list it with a price? My budget doesn’t matter. They wanted to upsell it to me rather than simply sell it for the listing price. So, after being told several different things by several different guys about a single car, I concluded that this was the most unprofessional and incompetent dealership I’ve dealt with who can’t even answer basic questions about the things they are selling and charging me for. Their intentions were made strikingly clear: they want customers who won’t question, who won’t notice inconsistency, etc. If you value yourself, look elsewhere. More

Sales Experience My salesperson, Jorge Gonzalez, was responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the purchasing process. He communicated clearly, answered my questions and was able to work out a deal that met my needs. I have no complaints regarding the actual sale, and based solely on the buying experience, I would recommend Jorge as your salesperson. After-Sale Communication Once the sale was finalized, communication declined. Messages frequently went unanswered. Jorge mentioned that I often called while he was assisting other customers, which I understand. However, there was little to no follow-up afterward. To his credit, he did eventually respond when I repeatedly followed up, so some effort was made. Still, compared to the level of responsiveness before and during the sale, the drop-off was significant. Post-Purchase Follow-Up Shelby Parker, the sales assistant, initially reached out via email to check in, which I appreciated. However, the outreach felt more like a “check-the-box” email rather than a genuine attempt to resolve any issues because after I replied multiple times with specific concern, I never received a single response. Vehicle Registration / Windshield Sticker: Nadia This has been by far the most frustrating aspect of the entire experience. Nadia, who handles vehicle registration and/or windshield stickers (according to the receptionist and Jorge), has never returned any of my calls. My vehicle was purchased on September 10th, and it has been over 3 months without a windshield sticker or confirmation that my vehicle has been registered. I was told by Jorge and the receptionist that she would call me back. That call never came. There was no follow through, no explanation for the delay, and no effort to resolve the issue. Each time I contacted the dealership, I was met with the same vague reassurances, yet nothing was actually done. This is not a minor inconvenience, it is a basic legal requirement and a fundamental responsibility of the dealership. The complete absence of communication, ownership, and accountability on Nadia’s part has made this process unnecessarily stressful and time consuming. Final Thoughts I would recommend Jorge Gonzalez if you looked for a good sales experience. However, be aware that the after-sale service at Nissan of Victoria is severely lacking. Once the paperwork is signed, follow-up and accountability disappear. If you choose to do business here, be prepared to chase down basic post-purchase items yourself, as you may never receive your windshield sticker or have your vehicle registration completed in a timely manner. Note to the dealership Please do not respond to this review with a message such as “please contact us so we can further assist you.” I have already done all that with no resolution. What I am looking for is not another request to reach out, but action. I want my vehicle properly registered, and I want my windshield sticker issued. These are basic post-sale responsibilities that should not take over three months to complete. More

To secure the vehicle, I was asked to place a $500 deposit, with the assurance that it would be applied to my down payment. I was also told that if the deal didn’t go through, the deposit would be refunded within 3–5 business days. However, upon receiving the contract, I noticed additional fees that significantly increased the total price, making me uncomfortable with the purchase. I informed Vanessa, a member of the management team, that I couldn’t proceed. The dealership then attempted to find alternative vehicles for me, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, none met my criteria, and I decided to cancel the transaction and requested a refund of my deposit. I was directed to speak with Javier, the main manager, who emphasized that they offer the best deals, especially for Teslas, and insisted I wouldn’t find a better offer elsewhere. Despite this, I reiterated my decision to explore other options and asked for my deposit back. To my surprise, Javier declined the refund, stating that due to the effort invested in securing financing and removing the car from listings (which I later found was not the case), they were entitled to keep the $500. At no point was I provided with any written agreement indicating that the deposit was non-refundable. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. It’s concerning that a dealership would retain a customer’s deposit without clear, written terms stating it’s non-refundable. I urge anyone considering doing business with Nissan Victoria or Bravo Nissan to exercise caution. Ensure that all terms, especially regarding deposits, are clearly documented in writing before proceeding. More
