Im 65 years old and both my wife and I drove from Houston a little more than 3 hours away, just to get misled and lied to. I called and spoke to both salesman and manager prior and they both insured they would honor the price on the Autotrader and no games would be played. Upon arrival they marked up a used vehicle with almost $4,000 of and I quote!!! “PRE PAID ADDENDUMS” that could not be removed. The vehicle was not driveable at the time of arrival. Needless to say I drove all the way back home without a vehicle due to their lack of transparency. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! More

I actually went to just look at the inventory of the lot but I was approached by Ana Torres . She asked me what I was interested in and if I wanted to test drive.
