I bought a 2019 Mazda CX9With my trade-in of a 2020 Nissan frontier truck. They would not honor or fix the needed repairs of the Mazda. I have no proof that I signed anything stated as is. The passenger door makes a bad noise when it’s opened. Jordan my sales person was clearly aware of this as I pointed it out. The same side front fender is loose. When I return to have them fix it they said they would at my expense. I was mortified that they would sell a vehicle that was not up to standard. The manager even stated they needed to get rid of the car and they did. I felt like they should have been honest upfront and said you are buying the car as because it is used. This was never mentioned nor do I have documentation that I signed anything stating this. Jordan even made the comment for the price she paid for this it’s a pretty good deal!! So basically I bought a used car that appears to have been damaged in a wreck although the Carfax says it’s never been wrecked. I just can’t believe that they would not fix what was wrong with it knowing there was something wrong with it what a crappy dealership. Even though my review is negative Jordan my salesman was very polite and I’m sure he was doing the job he was told to do by the sales manager I would not recommend this dealership at all! More

BEWARE! !!’ Don’t waste your time doing business with these guys. Im 65 years old and both my wife and I drove from Houston a little more than 3 hours away, j !!’ Don’t waste your time doing business with these guys. Im 65 years old and both my wife and I drove from Houston a little more than 3 hours away, just to get misled and lied to. I called and spoke to both salesman and manager prior and they both insured they would honor the price on the Autotrader and no games would be played. Upon arrival they marked up a used vehicle with almost $4,000 of and I quote!!! “PRE PAID ADDENDUMS” that could not be removed. The vehicle was not driveable at the time of arrival. Needless to say I drove all the way back home without a vehicle due to their lack of transparency. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! More

I actually went to just look at the inventory of the lot but I was approached by Ana Torres . She asked me what I was interested in and if I wanted to test drive. Ana is a very nice and outgoing sales perso but I was approached by Ana Torres . She asked me what I was interested in and if I wanted to test drive. Ana is a very nice and outgoing sales person. She made it very easy to talk to her and was never pushy about anything. She worked with What I was looking for as far as payment and vehicle. Customer service is always key to the retail business and Ana is exactly that sales person.
