Even the general manager could not answer this question.. I still dont know???? #2 Bald tires Told this problem would be fixed It was not, could not be certified with bald tires Actually went to see the general manager He was very aloof, Would not do a thing, Tried to sell me a new car..Nice try yusiri #3 I asked for the service records for the vehicle, This should have been easy!! None available. HUH?? The vehicle i have noticed has had multiple recalls but without the records I have no way of knowing if they have been addressed. Was told by KEITH MILLS I would be mailed records But have received nothing to date AND HERE IS THE BIG ONE PLEASE Beware, YOU WILL Have no access to speak to ownership wHEN i left a message for MR MURPHY to try to get help with the issues NO response Thats right, when asking to speak to OWNER No response. Now thats service after the sale!!! I like the vehicle Just dont understand the lack of response to some easy issues to address I purchased new tires also had to purchase tire tool to change tires that was missing along with the jack and associated pieces. My question is WHY Why do you treat customers this way I know i am not the first read the reviews.. Is it too much to ask to address the issues above Why the animosity, Why no contact. More

Vince always takes the time required to explain the Ford vehicle(s) you are interested in and there is no high pressure sales tactics used like we've experienced at other dealerships. Vince showed us numerous Escapes to choose from to make sure we picked the exact vehicle with the options we wanted. Whwn the numbers were delivered there was no take it or leave it attitude. Instead Vince and Keith told us to go home and think it over. After some negotiation we again chose Murphy's vehicle. Needless to say we will be back for future purchases and gladly recommend Vince to friends and family when asked if we know of a kowledgable and reputable salesman. More

All about money, typical old school dealer Bought an Certified F150 a few months back. Recognized a few safety issues right away and brought it in from South Jersey to get it looked at. I was told it was the parking break and that they adjusted it and it would be fine. I also brought up the condition of the tires and they shrugged it off and said "they pass inspection". 1 week later I had to get the parking break completely changed out in South Jersey and was told that the truck more than likely was used in water and I should bring it back to the dealer. Just left there and they made me feel like safety is not their concern and offered me 2 tires and $400 for 2 more because they were falling apart. Also having break and audio issues, and nothing was done because I was upset and the used car manager (who is new since I bought the truck 4 months ago) and the service manager stormed out. I could go on...but you get the point..its all business there...they could care less what happens after you leave.. More
