For the purchase of my 2013 Escape Titanium, I worked with Vince Northington; this was the first time I have worked with Vince on a sale. Like other Murphy sales personnel, Vince was very low key in his approach to the sale and did not engage in high-pressure tactics. I specified what I wanted and - since my dream car was not in Murphy's current inventory - Vince brought in the car from another dealership rather than try to sell me something off the lot that I didn't want. When it came time for delivery, Vince spent as much time as needed in reviewing the new vehicle's bells and whistles and making sure I was comfortable before allowing me to leave the dealership. Again, Murphy Ford will always be my first choice when shopping for a replacement vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership -- as well as Keith and Vince! More

I went to Murphy Ford interested in a particular used car I had seen on the internet. I expected the car to be beyond my budget as it was newer than what I was looking for, but I wanted a closer look. Vinc I had seen on the internet. Together, we walked through the process without any drama and minimal idle time. When it came down to the price, I compromised a little and they compromised a lot.
