I didn't feel that she pushed any car on me; she genuinely wanted me to choose the best-fit car for ME, regardless of price. When I saw Lashinda again several months later - while taking my car in for the free oil change - she recognized me immediately and even remembered which car she had sold me. She was just as friendly and welcoming as she had been during my first visit. She is truly a likeable person and a patient, committed saleswoman. I have had no troubles with my car and am very happy with the one I chose. I will return to Murphy Ford for my next purchase and would recommend the dealership to friends. More

I always had bought used cars from private owners and I finally decided that it was time to finace a preowned vehicle. Recently purchased a 2012 Mustang. I originally wanted black but Vince showed me a grabber blue that I fell in love with. I have been getting a ton of compliments on it so Kudos to Vince for helping me st black but Vince showed me a grabber blue that I fell in love with. I have been getting a ton of compliments on it so Kudos to Vince for helping me step outside of my comfort zone. In retrospect, black would have been boring. My overall experience was great. My credit was not so great and I went to a couple other dealers first, even had a few run my numbers over the phone but they acted like they couldn't help unless I had an even larger down payment.(You would think 5 grand would get you somewhere). Either way I came into Murphy, felt very comfortable with Vince, and they were able to get the deal done. I would definitely come back for another purchase. I had one hiccup at the signing, and closing and that was an error with registration. It was a little costly of an error but the Business Manager made amends by throwing in an extra oil change. My point is, they go out of their way to make sure the buying experience is pleasant. I never write reviews but I felt compelled because of the great experience, and how they were able to help me when no one else could. Thanks Murphy Ford, and Thanks Vince! Did I mention I love my Car? Skip wasting time at other dealerships and come right to Murphy. You wont be let down. More
