If itwas not for i would not go to murphy ford for service. I had a bad experiance with the service manager with my latest truck. As for salespeople are concerned Don is a real sales person tells you like it is. I was ready to go to another dealer for service until Don acted as a go between between service manager and myself .Once the story was known i could deal with it. why are stories necessary when there is a problem. the problem was not murphy ford but ford motor co. I was looking for a new Ford Focus and originally went to the Ford dealer in Woodbury, NJ. They weren't very helpful in trying to find the car that I wanted. Instead, I went to Murphy Ford, which was just ov the Ford dealer in Woodbury, NJ. They weren't very helpful in trying to find the car that I wanted. Instead, I went to Murphy Ford, which was just over the Commodore Barry Bridge and worked with James McQuoid, who was very helpful in finding me a car and getting me a fair price. I would definitely consider purchasing my next car from Murphy Ford and James. In addition, I will be having my car's regular maintenance completed at Murphy Ford since they offer free tires for life if you have the car maintained at the dealership. Thanks James! More

Just when I thought all options had been exhausted, Sean presented me with another model car that I'd never thought about but, in fact did have the options to fit my needs. Another snag, Murphy did not have that model car with the options I was looking for on the lot. No worries becuase Sean and Keith didn't miss a beat and searched high and low for the exact car I was looking for and within a DAY faxed me the sticker of a match. Once I agreed, they put the car on a truck and had it shipped to Murphy! It was not an easy decision to buy a car site unseen but Sean handled everything like a pro and always with a smile and Keith's leadership was soothing. My husband and I found the car we were looking for on Murphy Ford's web page. In the past, we were not familiar with this dealership. We went the next day and were greated by Vince Northington. Any question we asked, (and there were so many) was answered by Vince. He was very knowledgeable about the car in which we were interested. Keith Mills in finance was also extremely efficient and professional. The following day, after our purchase, Vince phoned to see if everything was okay. Since our car did not come with an Owners Manuel, Vince said if we had any questions, to please feel free to come in or call and he would help. After many hours of researching other pickups and different dealers prices my wife and I decided revisit Sean Caris at Murphy Ford. My wife and I decided on a sharp looking gray 150XLT and Sean was able to work us out a great deal. Bob Earle in Finance was quite personable and friendly while helping us make good final decisions on the truck purchase. Bob Earle moved us quickly and efficiently through the paper work.
