He brought several different Ford Explorers to the outside of the showroom area and I test drove one of the models. I was very impressed with Adrien's knowledge about the entire vehicle but most especially about the Sync technology and what the vehicle could offer to me since I travel a lot by myself. I had a 2004 GMC Envoy as a trade-in and we also worked with John to reach a mutually agreeable amount for the trade-in. There were several things that needed to be done for which I received "We Owe" paperwork and the work was done promptly the following week. I have already had the Explorer on one long trip to the Poconos and I am still learning about some of the entertainment offerings and the navigation system. I am very pleased with the Explorer and know that if I have any questions or concerns, I can contact Adrien, stop in to see him, and he can show me how to do some of the things I can't figure out by reading the manual.
