Very UNSUCCESSFUL I brought my car in for its stalling and acting like it's going to shut off when I come to a stop. I was told it would take at least an hour to look I brought my car in for its stalling and acting like it's going to shut off when I come to a stop. I was told it would take at least an hour to look into the situation and if it took longer I will get a call before they continue.($120.00 an hr)I I dropped my car off on Tuesday night with the night drop so this was Wednesday morning. when I finally got a call I was told that it needed 4 spark plugs ,2 ignition coils and a vavle cover to fix the problem. (approx. $675.00 ) I then watched a you tube video of a guy who did a tune up changed 4 coils and a valve cover in under an hour )Thursday come , then I get another call stating that they put the parts in drove the car, tested it and there still a misfire in cyclynder 4 .Then ,I was told it woukd be more money $120.00 an hr to further look into "the problem " Approx.2-3 THOUSAND DOLLARS MORE !!! Didn't pick up my truck until Friday around 10:30 - 11:00 am.when they called.My final bill was $602.00 and was told that "he knocked some off " My teuck is still doing the same EXACT thing it was doing before $602.00 and three days later.Hiw can you charge for something you couldn't and didnt fix ???!!!! More

Recall Dropped off the car for a recall. When I picked it up the hood was still open, everything on the dash was thrown on the back seat. Both front seats mo Dropped off the car for a recall. When I picked it up the hood was still open, everything on the dash was thrown on the back seat. Both front seats moved, radio stations reset, and 2 miles added. All for an airbag recall? All minor things I know, but I have two Fords I think I’ll drive the extra distance for any warranty work next time. More
