Very professional. The lady that checked me in was very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. The guys in the service department checking me in were pricky and very short with me I will never go back. I also stopped there about a week after I bought the truck the screen was blank and there was an awful buzzing sound coming out of the speakers that I couldn’t turn down it was so loud I could barely stand to drive to the dealership. I pulled around back and walked in to show them what was going on. The xxxxx couldn’t care less all he did was xxxxx me out for going in the wrong door. He told me he couldn’t look at it for 2 weeks minimum. I showed him how loud it was and explained to him that I was leaving to go to Dubuque in the morning and no way could listen to that buzzing sound for 5 minutes let alone 2 weeks. I went back home I thought I would unhook the battery leave it sit for a few minutes. Hooked it back up and it fixed it. I have been going to spooky hollow getting my service work done ever since. And that is more than likely where I’ll buy our next vehicle. I was very impressed with Sparta Ford I am going to use them for my oil changes and service work. From now on Cassandra (the girl behind the counter in the service department) was very professional with a great personality for dealing with people. I would purchase my next truck there if they sold Chevrolets. More

I fee the service department does a great job trying to help the customer get the best service available.
