You didn't have a loaner car, so you made me wait 2 hours indoors with other customers who were less than fastidious about masking. This on top of the earlier snafu with my local Tomah dealership not telling indoors with other customers who were less than fastidious about masking. This on top of the earlier snafu with my local Tomah dealership not telling me they were transferring my call to Sparta, resulting in me going to the wrong place, and the people I was told to ask for between 2 and 5 being already gone by 4pm.
