When I picked up, the new vehicle was in perfect condition and had gone through the PDI process well. In the end, I was happy with where we ended up and the dealership will make a decent profit from the sale of the new car and the sale of my trade. All dealerships are in the business to make a profit. You need to know what you're doing with negotiation and be willing to stick to your guns. I will say that Brewer was willing to work with me and was fair with their tactics. More
