I was looking for a new car either 10 or 11 with very low or no mileage on the car. Looking for a car about midsize with some room in the back preferably a hatchback. But when talking with the salesman, Rayon he was not pushy at all which I when I had explained to him what I was looking for. Ended up that my mom was the pushey one! Rayon was very pleasant and informative. I like that in a salesman, that draws my to the vehicle if I am interested, which I was. When we were working the figures at the table his manager Eric Saloom was very concerned about my range of payment for the new car. Eric and Rayon worked very dilegently in working with me on a monthly payment that worked with my budget. I do not want to leave out Shannon who was very nice in the final paperwork of the process. I would like to say I would highly recommend this dealership for buying a new or used vehicle. I would have to say my overall experience with this dealership has been one of my best and I would most likely go back to see them about another vehicle in the future. I wish all dealerships were like Kenny Ross, friendly, easy to work with and they understand the needs of their customers. I am very happy with my new 2010 Toyota Matrix. He was knowledgeable, always accessible and patient, answering many questions without showing any frustration. We never felt like we were being pressured to buy. He also appeared to be a very hard worker, willing to work past closing time to accomodate our needs. We would hope that the Kenny Ross dealership is aware of how good a salesman Nick is,and what an asset he is to them. Our only complaint was the detailing done prior to our taking possession of the car.. it was very poor...napkins and sunglasses still in the car, suggesting that very little cleaning was actually done..who wants to buy a dirty car? Leased a new Sienna. I had a major problem with my old vehicle so I was ready to deal on short notice. Tony got back with me right away on what was available and when. I've never leased a vehicle before so I really wanted to study the deal--no problem. Afterward, Tony spent quite a bit of time showing me the features of the new Sienna---he was quite knowledgeable and enthusiastic! He wanted every detail to be right--even tried to get color matching valve stem covers for the tires! The vehicle is really great product, no doubt, but the service from Tony and Justing was better. My 17 year old daughter purchased used car 3 weeks ago, after 2 weeks the motor died. Her $4,000 she worked her butt off for a year to EARN to buy this car is gone. Was hoping Kenny could do something to help us with this horrible situation. She is devastated. Still waiting for a call back after I called the manager and was placed in Voicemail. I did call the sales agent we worked with and she said thats ashame. Left two messages for sales managers, no call back. Update: Sam Picallo, one of the sales managers did contact me today and I do very much appreciate the effort he made personally to try and resolve the situation. The repair process is underway and its better than where we were before, a total loss. This situation was crushing for my daughter and the cost to fix was more than we could bear. Sam helped bring the cost to a range we could bare, though as you can imagine is still not positive. We are on the road to recovery. More
