I've never leased a vehicle before so I really wanted to study the deal--no problem. Afterward, Tony spent quite a bit of time showing me the features of the new Sienna---he was quite knowledgeable and enthusiastic! He wanted every detail to be right--even tried to get color matching valve stem covers for the tires! The vehicle is really great product, no doubt, but the service from Tony and Justing was better. My 17 year old daughter purchased used car 3 weeks ago, after 2 weeks the motor died. Her $4,000 she worked her butt off for a year to EARN to buy this car is gone. I did call the sales agent we worked with and she said thats ashame. Left two messages for sales managers, no call back. Update: Sam Picallo, one of the sales managers did contact me today and I do very much appreciate the effort he made personally to try and resolve the situation. The repair process is underway and its better than where we were before, a total loss. This situation was crushing for my daughter and the cost to fix was more than we could bear. Sam helped bring the cost to a range we could bare, though as you can imagine is still not positive. We are on the road to recovery. More

We were shopping for a used 4x4 and had visited another dealership, it was quite refreshing to stop at Kenny Ross and be greeted by Adam. He was very personable and sincere. If we would have been pressured at this dealership we probably would have left as we did the other dealership. Our Salesman was great to work with and took the time to answer all of our questions. He was very patient with us and every one was very patient with our 8 year old. Even though the Manager was very nice to deal with, we thought he was "short" in his answers with the staff. For example, when reviewing the credit application with him. When the Salesman introduced me to the Manager, he was walking by and it seemed to catch him off guard and he looked at the Salesman as if he was not happy about being introduced at that time. Our salesman Adam was very patient and helpful. No high pressure sales! He let us look at all the cars we were contemplating without trying to influence our choice. I think the main reason we ended up buying here (on the FIRST visit!) was the fact that these guys aren't the usual "car salesmen". When we had it down to the 2 final contenders we were presented with the info and financing on both so that we could compare and we ended up choosing a Toyota RAV. I have faith that any future service with this car will be handled with the same professional, honest care that we have already experienced withthis dealer.
