Eric Saloom kept us informed and was highly professional through the course of finding the exact vehicle configuration that we wanted until we accepted delivery. Friendliness - Ray, Eric and Justin were a pleasure to work with; their courteous, friendly dispositions and can-do attitudes made us believe that they were truly working to give us the best deal possible on a high quality product, vehicle and financial services. Price - we worked with Eric on pricing our Sienna AWD LTD, who was very professional in presenting comprehensive cost related information so that we could arrive at, what my wife and I feel, is a fantastic deal. We compared comparable vehicles and pricing at several other dealers and none even came close. I can honestly say that I will seek Eric's advice and service the next time we purchase another new car. Quality of Work - throughout all phases of the purchasing process, the staff demonstrated high quality of work in presenting the product and services available, locating our desired configuration, vehicle delivery and executing the sale/finance process.
