Excellent and smooth experience here. My previous car (2019 Camry SE) was totaled and I was in the market for its replacement. I test drove a 2025 model year at another local dealer, but was disappointed in their selection, as they didn't have the car I truly wanted, namely a FWD with the cold-weather package. Enter Brew Airport Toyota and Lorenzo. I found the EXACT car I wanted in the EXACT color I wanted on a Sunday. I wasn't able to visit the dealer until Wednesday after work, and while I wish there was a process to reserve a vehicle, Lorenzo was excellent at keeping me informed each day whether the car was still available on the lot. When we got there, the car was right in front of the showroom ready for me to look at, and Lorenzo came out right away to help get the process started. Less than 2 hours later, I drove away in it. Smooth process, they didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't want or need (I did spring to extend the factory warranty to 10 year/125,000 mile for an extra $37/month over the life of the loan, but there was absolutely no pressure from the dealer to do so). Overall, excellent experience! More
