Excellent I don't know if I should be more excited about my new Camry or about working with Ihor. He is the most honest sales person I have been dealing with, I don't know if I should be more excited about my new Camry or about working with Ihor. He is the most honest sales person I have been dealing with, most knowledgable and so very attentive to details. My husband and I visited a few dealerships before but were not impressed with the offers or the approach of the sales people. We came to Kenny Ross from the other side of the city with a certain car in mind and some hopes. Ihor made sure we left the place driving the car we wanted. The drive test was great, filled with all the information needed about the new vehicle, the negotiation part went very smoothly and fair, the paperwork was done in no time. Minutes later, when we went to pick up the freshly washed and cleaned car, we found a big red bow on the hood int a perfect contrast with the pure white color of our new car!!! We all took pictures, and had a few more minutes of pleasant chat to end a wonderful experience at Kenny Ross. I highly recommend him if you are a first time buyer - he knows about all cars, and he gives honest comparisons between Toyotas and their competitors. I went in undecided between the RAV4 and the Honda CR-V. He was very frank about how both are good cars, but he could really break down why the RAV4 is the better choice.
