Ihor did an excellent job of showing me the vehicles within my price range and was straight forward in explaining the deal he could give me. I had researched the Highlander and trade-in values for my car, so I felt that the figures were acceptable and made the deal. The car we wanted to test drive was on the show room floor and he quickly got everything moved and set for us so we could test drive a Hybrid Highlander. He was honest with us and that is probably the quality that I appreciate the most when we have had to buy a car in the past. I felt like he worked hard with us on securing financing and getting us the best price. I would definitely work with him again. Overall we had a great experience at the dealership the GM Dave and the financing guru Alex were also very influential in our decision to purchase.
