We decided to ask some questions and met Rob Clay. He was very friendly and informative didn't use any high pressure tactics. We ended up taking the truck for a ride and went inside with Rob to discuss some numbers. Rob made the whole experience pleasant and we ended up buying the truck. We went to the dealership, where Tom asked good, knowledgeable questions about my mom's driving habits, what kind of vehicle she would be comfortable in, and her budget. Knowing the situation was unexpected and a little stressful for my mother, Tom took his time to explain all the options clearly and professionally, showed us several vehicles, and accompanied us on a test drive in a 2015 RAV4. My mother loved the car. It took only a few hours to finish the leasing paperwork, which Tom explained clearly and helped my mother complete, transfer the insurance, etc. It was a smooth, easy, friendly, and enjoyable transaction with a consummate professional. From his friendly demeanor and genuinely caring attitude to his knowledge and professionalism, Tom provided a level of service I have seldom encountered in any buying situation.
