I was ready to buy, in my car, about to drive a couple hours there, but they refused to hold it until I could get there. Their policy is “not to hold cars, not even with a deposit.” “We’re sorry.” I purchased the same car in a different color at one of their competitors who was more than happy to hold it until I could get there and drive it. Their competitor even called another customer who was still undecided, to give them a chance before holding it (nice touch). Good sales staff here. However, this dealership is not ready for the internet age due to their dated corporate policies and lack of employee empowerment. Best to keep looking elsewhere unless you live close, or not interested in a specific car. More

After fighting over a year with cancer I have finally been given the go ahead by my doctors to start a family. My husband of 5 years and I were shopping around for a family friendly and safe SUV that would be in our budget. This is a difficult task as our budget is small but Tom managed to do it!
