Marcus really worked hard to make me comfortable during the whole purchasing process. He gave me detailed descriptions of the vehicle history and features. He talked about the maintenance that is provided for my vehicle by the dealership, and went into great depth when I had questions of my own that needed to be answered. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything as I have from other dealers in the past. I like when a dealership prides themselves on obtaining trust and friendship with their customers, and are not just out to get your money by throwing you in any type of vehicle. I can hardly express how much I appreciated her honesty and availability, watching over my car after the purchase and making sure the pick-up for shipping went smoothly. Jocelyn Bulger also did a fantastic job wrapping up the purchase answering my questions and making the long distance paperwork easy. Our packet was delivered with clear instructions and labels for everything my wife and I needed to sign. Ride on When my wife and I ,were looking for a replacement car ,we wanted something not only reliable, but a car that got great gas mileage, in its class . After months of researching vehicles there was only one car for us. It was going to be a Toyota. One slight problem, We could not find the one she wanted anywhere on the east coast. While we might find one with a sunroof, but no navigation .Beautiful gloss Black ,while she wanted silver, or no scoop at all. I just could not win. Since next to your home, a car is most peoples biggest investment .We weren’t going to budge on our wish list. One late Sunday, we looked on some of our usual internet search spots .As we tried one more time ,thinking maybe over the past weekend someone might have traded in our future baby. Low and behold , Kenny Ross Toyota of Moon ship town ,Pa. Had such a vehicle. There was a slight problem, no pictures it had only been on the lot merely a few hours .Being almost seven hours away, It was very hard to swing by for a test drive. They were closed Sunday to sales ,but internet customer service directed me to Mr. Bob McClain. Early Monday morning we called to inquire about the vehicle, and Not only did Bob, answer immediately .He was willing to take some pictures of the vehicle ,and send them to me with in an hour. Bob, eased our minds, not only about the car, but shared input on a safe local place to stay ,as well as the best cities secret spot to eat breakfast, before our trip back. Normally financing scares me ,it was not that way At Kenny Ross Toyota . Mr. Steve Bannon Made financing a breeze, and the Express Checkout was wonderful. My only regret, is living so far away to take advantage, of what I expect to be tremendous service. Upon arrival not only was the car in its own heated, show pedestal ,it far exceeded our expectations .Short story is Ha, Ha, Ha! I would drive 12 hours one way , for this type of service. My local dealers have something to learn from ,Kenny Ross’s Hospitality .Thank you so much again guys for everything .For we truly love our truck. Great customer service! Hi, I have been looking for a year now for a used 4 Runner or Ford Explorer. Ford was out of my price range and so were new 4 Runners. I've seen a few used ones but not quite what I wanted. Over the last few months I was in contact with Bob McClain and even visited the dealership. I saw a 2012 4 Runner on line and went to see it last Friday When I went into the show room, I saw a beautiful black 4 Runner and assumed it was a 2015. It turned out to be the 2012 I was looking for! Yuri Lis waited on me as Bob McClain was off. Yuri has a lot of patience with me as we discussed the price and options. They took my trade for a test drive and brought it back washed and clean. Fair trade offer. Management offered a remote starter. That is excellent customer service.!
