Never questioned anything I was requesting how I arrived at my pricing, etc. While we did spend time talking about my used vehicle being traded, I did understand that they are in business to make money and that I knew that I needed to be reasonable with them. I got a great deal on the car I wanted and they can make money on my trade. So everyone should be happy. My sales rep Bob was very professional, no pressure, introduced me to everyone I needed to know there including the GM. Bob realizes their dealership is the least convenient to where I live but based on what I saw of their facility, the extra drive will be fine. Hey I'm driving a hybrid, it’s not like I'm concerned about the fuel I will be using. I also bought some add-ons which they installed there and did a nice job and price was great.
