Excellent service and selection in sales department. I was extremely satisfied with my overall experience. I wanted more than I could truly afford, otherwise I'd have gotten the TRD Sport package on my 2 I was extremely satisfied with my overall experience. I got a very well equipped truck with the color I wanted and was able to order other accessories I wanted including undercoat and paint protection package. My salesman, Steve Bannon deserves a lot of credit for his patience in dealing with me the entire 4 hours I was at the dealer. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of this facility from the parking lot and sales floor to the customer waiting areas and even the service center where the oil and grease would usually make a messy work environment! Definitely a top notch dealership. I would have rated higher in the price section if they had offered some sort of discount on the Tacoma. Being a Toyota thing and not a dealership issue...I would say that their prices are fairly good. If some one wants a good buying or service experience....this is the place to go. More

This dealership had the car we wanted (2013 Prius C) at the price we wanted. They have given us top dollar for our trade each time. We arrived at 9:30 and were driving home by lunch time. The customer lounge has free coffee, donuts, popcorn, assorted vending machines and free WiFi. It is also equipped with a flat screen TV. There is also another small customer waiting area that has a TV also. You can't go wrong with Kenny Ross Toyota/Scion. They make the buying experience stress free and pleasant. There is no high pressure and they will beat any price you get from another dealership. You know the commercials on TV? Well, they are true. Also, we can't say enough about our sales person Steve Bannon. He will go out of his way to get you the deal you want. The service is top-notch also. We had to return the car to have the protection package applied and they had a rental car waiting for my husband to drive home. The trip for us is 50 miles one way through downtown Pittsburgh. It's not an easy commute. We wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a Toyota. Thanks Kenny Ross and Steve Bannon for another great purchase. More

Les was friendly and helpful. He went above his duty to help me get my car insurance figured out. He worked with financing to get me a much better deal on financing than I was expecting.
